Chai?

Hello people

Okay I must admit I get very lost with all these terms as “mix chai” or “seperat chai” .. yes very embarassing .. I know

So if someone is so kind, will they plz explain me the difference between mix and seperate and strong perharps even add recipes .. ?

i think that mix chai is when u put everything together...that is milk and water and tea and sugar and bring it to a boil...
on the other hand separate chai is when u boil water,add either teabags/loose tea to it and let it sit for a while..and then add milk/creamer...

there is an obvious difference in the taste of both...i like the separate one ....:)

strong tea is simply more tea and less milk....more the milk ,less strong the tea...

yeah chips u r very right...separate chaai means first boil some water in the pan..then let ur chaainuk once rinse with this boiled water...means undur daal kur thora sa warm water hilaa lo..aur pani phaink do..then let the water boil again..in the mean time put some patti in the chaainuk..pour boiled water and put TAKOZI on the chaaniuk..put warm milk in the milk-pot..sugar-pot is also there...this is separate tea..

mix chaai means doodh b pani b patti b..but nowadays separate chai is a sign of modernism...i have heard people saying nai hum to separate chaai peetay hain..mix chaai is sort of paindu pun..this is all about..

lol ,its mean we are paindu as i always prefer mix chai but with mix chai i first boil water than add tea bags and choti ilachi to it,then when it start boiling , cook it for few min,than add milk and bring it to boil , cook for 1 min .off the flame and put in cups, i am the person who is addictied to tea but i cant drink tea ,if its not good in taste ,i like good and tasty chai,and for that i care about few things,dont add tea to water before boiling ,once it start boiling then add tea but care about that the water should not be over boil, the care about that keh tea add kernai kai bad zaida puk na jayai cchai , 1,2 min are enough and then add milk.

Would you marry him knowing he had cancer?

oh i dont like mix chai... the pani has to sit on dum for a few a minute to make it nice and strong before adding in the milk. also, i love tea cosies and using them haha
