The stains that are old and tough take time to go away but they do go away depending on the material… are your cups pure china? if they hve a mix of melamine in them or not china , then chances are stains wont come off ..
But if they china , then after soaking them overnight ( as per the tips shared here ) dont forget to rub them for a bit with a sponge … that is the only thing that will take them out …
