so here is my delima my huby dont dring tea but whenever v go out 2 someonez home n there they would ask bhai chai petay han n me very confidently nhi woh chai nhi petay n when they l ask huby ap chai le gay n huby says oh yes n then host look at me like wht a wife who doesnt even know k uss ka miyan chai peta hai yahn nhi so wht i have started doing now i say yes he l take tea n huby says nhi bhabi mei chai nhi peta :frowning: how to take this embaressment :frowning:

If the host asks you if your husband wants chai, ask your husband before you give an answer. That way, you will know for sure if he wants it or not.

:) I've been absent STA. Houseguests over till the wedding. Three great friends' weddings coming up this month. Own wedding preps. Husband was over. So much stuff.

why don’t you simply ask the host to ask her ‘bhai’ herself and spare you of the embarrassment :smiley: vaise, mardoN ko dusri aurat ke haath kii banii huii chai ziyaada mazedaar lagtii hai :cb: jaise kahte haiN na k “the grass is always greener on the other side” OR “the traffic always flows faster in the other lane”…usii taraH…“the tea made by the other woman always tastes yummier” :smiley: :cb: :wink:

Kitne stupid hosts hote hain......miyaan samne baitha hai phir bhi begum se poochtey hain "bhai chai peeyien ge?"....aray baba us bande se direct uski marzi maloom kar lo na ke us ne chai peeni hai ya nahi.
