usually doctors say take 2 tea spoons or 1 tea spoons when they are talking about syrups?
i wana know one chai ka chamcha is equal to how many ml?

1 teaspoon = 5 ml
1 tablespoon = 15 ml

when they tell u to have 2 tbl spoon in the morning , 2 in afternoon, and 2 at night... tell the doctor.. you dont have that many spoons.
