He is going to make ordinary citizens go through this inconvenient procedure at a huge cost to the exchequer.
For what purpose?
He knows full well that Mullah Mansour’s CNIC was provided by the state itself.
He knows full well that other “state guests” will continue to enjoy their CNICs even after re-verification.
What a tamasha! Such hypocrisy! At everyone’s expense!

This is all cover up by Ch Nisar after the story published in Washington Post. He wanted to save face of double crossers in the eyes of my baap of double crossers to prove that Mansoor was traveling on fake documents. ek jhooth bolany ke liay hazaron jhooth bolnay parhtay hain. Why NS is not kicking him out? Perhaps he is more powerful than NS as an employee of other Sharif.
Mansoor was travelling with officially issued passport and CNIC for nine years. It means corrupt bagorha Mush the triple crosser thug who also hid OBL in army garrison actually responsible for this mess too.

This is what happens when you systemically abuse and corrupt country's most sensitive database for electoral rigging.
Millions of bogus 'registered' voters' who couldn't be verified. It is a piece of cake to abuse the NADRA system. If ruling parties can do it with bit of bribe money, then why can't the terrorists?
I hope USA proper comes down hard on Pakistan - the seriousness of the rigging fiasco couldn't make so called educated Pakistanis understand the sheer urgency and utmost importance of fixing NADRA, now I hope the* danda* of international humiliation, US pressure and dangers of missing out on aid money does the trick.
Not only he got the ID card, he got his two wives with the ID cards…
Now Pakistani Govt do need to take steps to do the cleansing i agree to this part…but on the same not who would guarantee that after 10 years we would not be having same problem again…
With the cleansing and cancellation authorities need to make sure that this won’t be happening again…and that can happen by introducing right checks…and then there should be one more thing…send the Afghan refugees back…

there are millions of afghans scattered around in pakistan..millions and they all have nadra verified ID cards. there is no way we now push them back to Afghanistan. in every major punjab city, there are big colonies of these afghans. they tend to live together , so many sohrabh goths through out the country.

This is a big cover up nothing to do with re-verification. Public ko aor America ko ch bananay ke liay yeh drama Ch Nisar khel raha hay. Double cross has neither worked in past nor it will in the future.
For nine years they were sleeping and allowed Mansoor to travel from Pakistani airports to different destinations without notice. ek drone ne sub ka banda phorh dya. Tell me how these officials issued NIC and Passports without the knowledge of intelligence agency? I hope these officials who are arrested will tell the truth in court under what circumstances they issued official documents to a person who was considered to be a terrorist and a foreigner.

Was it an Army General who illegally sacked previous NADRA Chief in the middle of the night and sent him on exile? No it was Nawaz Sharif who punished the ex NADRA Chief for simply admitting that voters' verification can be done to identify rigging.
Army doesn't need to eff up the NADRA database to come into power. It is parties like PMLN that rely on creating fake bogus votes to rule Pakistan like dictators in the name of democracy.
So enough of this ghissi pitti excuses - last two years has exposed that it is the civilians who do not want NADRA database verified because their entire political survival rely on fake, bogus and unverified records/votes.

I agree 100 % with what u are saying. PML-N are incompetent ppl. who destroyed our database. They dont know how to issue NIC/PP correctly.
Agencies are very smart and did the work in professional way.
No PM, no FM, No CM Punjab, Interior minister MIA. Good thing IffyK is not still CJ. He would have made himself PM by now.
