Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

First thing, why he has to “disclose” this in WASHINGTON?

and now to main news. Abdul Aziz (Note: I dont want to associate noble prefix of MAULANA with his name) has a NON-BAILABLE FIR against him and a Pakistani court has ORDERED his arrest. Is Ch Nisar saying that if any citizen of Pakistan has FIR against him and he/she submits a “maafi nama” all gets well? Sweet!

It seems like Govt is reluctant to take any action against this fanatic Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology for defending APS attack | THE Social Express News Live

Washington: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Sunday revealed that Lal Masjid cleric Maulana Abdul Aziz has submitted a written apology to police over his support of the militants’ attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar on Decmber 16, 2014, thesenlive reported.

While talking to media after his arrival from his official three-day visit to US, the Interior Minister said that government was careful not reluctant over the case of Maulana Abdul Aziz, “It is not difficult to arrest him. But we want to keep our focus on the ongoing operation against militants,” he said. “Any other action at this stage will create a diversion and benefit the militants.”

Chaudhry Nisar said that after the operation against Lal Masjid in 2007, the Musharaf Government was forced to bring Maulana back and provide him special security, “We do not want to take a decision that we have to review later,” he said.

If we arrest him and it leads to yet another tragic incident, it will have very negative consequences. So I believe that we have to sequence our actions.”.

LOL

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

Looks like someone is trying to protect someone.. talk about about zero tolerance against terrorirsm..

I like these comments from Dawn's reporting:

What a stupid and weak argument, but it did not come as a surprise as it was expected of this corrupt and inept government. The Interior Minister is telling people that dealing Aziz would mean opening up another front which the government is not able to afford at this time when in fact, dealing with him is part of the same effort that the army is fighting for. The truth is that Nawaz has been told by his masters from KSA not to lay a finger on Aziz.

Okkkkkkkk.. just read this.. while i’m trying to find the exact link the first thing came in my mind was, “hor chuppo”..

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

Maulana Aziz has denied the report that he submitted an apology in writing to Chudhry Nisar. sach kia hai, wallaho 'aalam! :hmmm:

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

Interesting. I also watched a live show this morning in which Abdul Azia’s spokesman flatly denied submitting ANY MAAFI NAMA

So one of the two is lying. Ch Nisar should revel the maafi naama to public so everyone knows that this guy is lying

One of the participant used interesting (but true) term for Ch Nisar. He called him Mafroor Wazir-e-Dakhla (On-the-run minister) referring that he does not come to Senate briefings about interior ministry, he does not come to National Assembly sessions and he is avoiding meeting anyone from his party.

Whats the point holding onto a ministry (a very IMPORTANT one) like this? If you have such long running issues, just reigns or NS should fire him. Last thing Pakistan need right now is dysfunctional Interior Minister.

ISLAMABAD: A Lal Masjid spokesperson denied on Monday a government claim that chief cleric Maulana Abdul Aziz issued a written apology to the capital city police over his implied defence of the Dec 16 attack on the Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar.
Spokesperson Hafiz Ehtisham Ahmed told DawnNews that Maulana Abdul Aziz has not submitted any written apology to the police and rejected the claim made by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan that Aziz has tendered a written apology as “baseless”.

“It is a baseless story that there is a written apology…Was there a case against him regarding his [APS] remarks in the police? Then why should he submit an apology to the police?” the spokesperson said.
Ehtisham said that Maulana Aziz had apologised on a private news channel a day or two after making the statement about the APS attack, and added, “There is no need for another apology after that."
“Maulana Aziz clearly said that the attack on APS Peshawar was a grave tragedy and such incidents should not happen in the future. Does this statement by him not count as condemnation?” said the spokesperson.

He claimed that Maulana Aziz has repeatedly condemned the incident. “Maulana Aziz appeared on a private TV and apologised for what he had said in his initial interview.”
Ehtisham said that after giving these statements there is no need left for any further apology to police or any other state security institution.

Asked why Islamabad was reluctant to arrest the Lal Masjid cleric, Khan said the government was careful, not reluctant.

The minister recalled that after the Lal Masjid operation in 2007, the Musharraf government was forced to bring Maulana Aziz back from his village and provide him special security. “We do not want to take a decision that we have to review later,” he said.

Senior Civil Judge Saqib Jawad had issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Lal Masjid cleric Maulana Abdul Aziz while hearing a case filed by civil society members.
During the hearing, the investigation officer of the case requested the court to issue an arrest warrant for Abdul Aziz for investigation, based on a First Information Report that was previously registered against the cleric at Aabpara Police Station.

Maulana Abdul Aziz had earlier refused to condemn the massacre of students and teachers in a terrorist attack on a school in Peshawar.

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

I agree but its now Ch Nisar's duty to reveal truth about this pathetic person aka Abdul Aziz

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

why not? it’s him who revealed the presence of such a letter, especially when the sipposedly writer of the letter outrightly denies it’s existence.

isn’t it Nisar’s moral and administrative responsibility to prove Aziz a lier. Aziz may very well be a terrorist and a anti-national person but it’s Nisar’s duty to come forward with the proof.

he is very well dubbed as a 'mafroor wazir-e-daaKhila’! :cb:

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

:smack:

I meant to type its NOW Ch. Nisar’s duty…

Re: Ch. Nisar reveals Maulana Aziz submitted apology

Cant you see the difference between apology and denying apology claimed to be made?

Nisar claims that Mullah terrorist submitted apology.
Mullah terrorist is saying that Nisar is a liar as he did not apologized.

Now, this is obvious that Mullah terrorist has not apologized. If he had apologized than it would have been ridiculous for Mullah to come out on media and call Nisar a liar. They would have kept quite if apology was not from heart, and if their apology was what they meant, they would have made same apology in media too.

All shows that Nisar is liar and coward too. Now he has no excuse to get Mullah terrorist arrested, and send his case to anti-terrorists (military) court and Mullah terrorist should get hanged for not only treason, but waging war against the state.

Here with go with the detail: Not only it shows the ignorance of Govt but also the dheetpana or the barbaric face of Mr. Aziz
