I remember Pakistan’s supreme court took SOMOTO against Atiqa Odho when she was caught bringing in alcohol from her foreign trip. Now picture this:
Pakistan’s top politicians who are not only senior leaders of their parties but one is CURRENT interior minister and other is X interior & law minister has blamed each other with corruption charges at assembly floor saying that they have proof against each other. Yeah they have patched up now to save each other’s bums but my question is
Where is NAB?
Where is FIA ?
Where is Justice System (Islamabad High-court? Pakistan’s supreme court? )?
Isn’t it the JOB of NAB/FIA to initiate investigation into this? cant court take a somoto? If they both are right, then of course both should go to jail and if they both are wrong, they should still be prosecuted for lying in Parliament.
These are status quo parties who may have realized that they both will have their bums kicked so better scratch each other’s back and keep mouth shut.
