At the moment i can say that their are several causes for CP, an important one being lack of oxygen during birth. Often the consequences are not reversible.

Thanks nes!! I know the causes. I just wanted to know if there is any place in the world who offer some hope for dystenic CP (as most doctors have said that this is the the best kind of CP, intelligence and reationwise), some kind of operation and stuff. I know one kind of operation but that is deemed too risky.
