In the present day and age to run a country is like running a big corporation. So why not create a corporation like structure of government to run a country. The people will rise to the position of CEO and will work through the maze of corporate politics , hard work , strategies and policies. They will rise to top positions through all their hard work and internal political maneuvers. The people of the country will be saved from the hurts and griefs brought about by street politics. All that money which is spent on running election campaigns and to hold elections can be used for some better purpose.
The elected President and Prime Minister come to the power by playing dirty politics only , no hard work is involved. Or they rise to the top using their ancestry and network. The CEO of a company has to play dirty internal politics of the corporations and has to work hard on top of it to climb the corporate ladder. He/She is the true leader and can deal with any crisis, problem or issue facing a country.
