First they say Prime isstarted to remove the Indian influence from our Pakistani children grwoing up in the West and then they show an Indian song which promotes Alcohol.
emmm the thing is even if prime stopped showing western influence, it still wouldnt do jack coz most of our youths (includin this moza) dont watch prime neway!!

What makes you think that was an Indian song they aired. Curious, I'd like to know more info on this song. Was it a filmi or non-filmi song? New or Old, under what show? Was it a copy played by Pakistani artists, or an actual version of an Indian visual with Indian artists and can u verify for certain that it was not a blatant copy of some cheap lollywood song off a bollywood song?
They are british nationals which is why PTV allows them on air. Who cares who their parents came from?
If PTV can play songs from other nationals like that Moroccan singer who performed for that Spring Festival concert, then why can't a british nat'l do so? They've performed in Pakistan a few times and Pakistanis love 'em. Plus, they have absolutly nothing ag/Pakstanis, so why have a cow if PTV aired a song...at least it wasn't one of their videos (can be quite dirty at times).
Im so surprised you guys seem to praise Indian stuff being aired on PTV. Over here we see our forces deployed on the border ready to face an all out attack... and over there you guys sit and enjoy indian stuff being aired on Pakistani channels.
Arnold, I know you are an ardent fan of stereo nation, you adore those guys and want to be like tazz, but you must realize that their popularity in Pakistan is a big blow to what we have been taught to believe. Why are you so jealous that alibeta is a friend of this sheryar guy you refer to all the time? Atleast hes a Pakistani?
Isnt it a bit strange? Over here we have all those Indian channels banned all of a sudden and over there you guys are watching Indian stuff on a Pakistani channel?
The management of PTV, the one being aired on Pakistan is very strict when it comes to airing Indian stuff. I think they must be commended for that. Its about time the management at prime follows suit. Alibeta, give me the details, we will write a complaint to them!!
gudia dear, alibeta's objection wasnt about stereonation's nationality, it was about the mention of sharaab.
it's tragic that people mix music and politics. as any true music fan knows, it is nothing short of imbecility to screen the music one listens to by nationality/religion/color/race of the musician.
