CELTA =The Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults
Tesol = Teaching English to speakers of other languages
TEFL = Teaching English as a Foreign Language
ESL =English as a second language
ESOL = English for speakers of other languages
EFL=English as a foreign language

In case you need this for further studies or immigration purposes , then i Think IELTS(Internation English Language Testing System) will good option for you.
