Im starting to get some on my booty… I wanna be able to wear tight jeans and leggings and all that great stuff for years and years to come…so quick, tell me some good exercises or techniques to stop it before it really starts. Dimples are meant for face cheeks, not THOSE cheeks!
Riya I am no medical expert by any means. I can tell you what I know though....
many factors are involved when it comes to the development of cellulite.
a couple of questions:
have you gained any weight around the region where the cellulite is present?
weight gain can be a contributing factor.
it can also be due to diet.....are you eating fatty foods? too many carbs? high sodium intake in your diet? these can also lead to development of cellulite.
lack of exercise is another factor.
It can also be pure genetics or hormonal changes.
many reasons involved. ask yourself what changes have taken place that may have contributed to this?
try exercising more frequently and if you have seen some weight gain in the areas where the cellulite is present....try toning and slimming down those troublesome areas more and see if you notice a difference. it may not go away completely but it should be less apparent.
