Has anybody here tried using cellulite creams that stores sell??? I know that estee lauder sells it and a few other companies…if u have used it give feedback…and if you have decreased cellulite without using any creams plz tell how.
Re: cellulite
cellulite creams are a scam...i read a research article confirming it...
as long as you maintain a healthy weight..stay active..tone and hydrate (which means staying away from sugar and salt) your skin will remain dimple free...
Re: cellulite
Isn’t cellulite those veins on your legs and has nothing to do with dimples? ![]()
Re: cellulite
i think you re confusing spider veins with cellulite....
Re: cellulite
i also thought it was the uneven skin on legs

Re: cellulite
It solely depends on what exercises you are doing.
There are cellulite-reducing workouts. Cardio and weight training are the key workouts! I don’t have this problem now, because I run a lot. Another thing I do, which you might find weird is that I do not ever eat without a glass of water next to the food. I have to take a sip between every bite, it’s just an old habit, but it keeps me hydrated and it makes me eat less. Water can do wonders.. remember that.

Re: cellulite
Do squats daily - 10 of em and as u get used to em then u can increase the size. Also, if u like then go cycling good enuff for thigh/buttocks/legs :k:
Re: cellulite
thanks for all the replies....i do exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week. Does it take several months or even a year to see the difference?
EMM: I will try squats....and for cycling should you do it with a higher level or lower level?
Dimag: I started drinking 24 ounces of water in the morning...i just started so inshallah hopefully i will keep it up...as far as eating and drinking water i usually start eating first and then drink water...so i don't even keep water near me because it ends up filling my stomach more than needed.
KB: thanks for the info i will look into it....
Re: cellulite
Cellulite will not go away from any cream or working out or diets or any such blah things.
Cellulite is dead skin trapped.
How is diet going to effect that is beyond me.
First you need to make sure you exfoliate regularly and moisturize
Second you need to exercise the legs and buttocks. Walks every day.
Do this for a year or even six months and if you dont see a change then you can throw the theory in the bin.
Re: cellulite
cellulite is not a skin problem…
