Are you addicted to your phone?
I’m addicted to my phone now. Using it brings nothing but distress and headaches but I still use it for hours. 
going on youtube is like going down a rabbit hole and that’s where most of my screen time is spent.

The funny part is that adults not only are hooked themselves with the cell phones but they also let their kids use it so much often just to avoid them interrupting their own lives
My answer is no, I am not addicted to cell phone. Thankfully. I can put it away and use it when I want only. Addiction is something you cant control
No.. I even sometimes hate using cell phone..
You need to have a hobby..
