Children under 10: No
Children who are 10+: Depends on their maturity level

Only when they turn 12 years young.

Thanks guys… I think it should be after 16-18 so that they can play outdoor/games/sports etc during their teenage…

I’m in agreement with the above and would add that some restriction of apps and usage would be preferably to me. A fair amount of after school activities I could see being a good reason to have a phone for example but when home the phone access is restricted, etc.
