Celina Jaitley wears Neeta Lulla

The Times of India launched Times Movie Guide- Best Of Hollywood by Nikhat Kazmi. The book was launched by Celina Jaitley and the very talented Shreyas Talpade on Sunday evening (July 11) at Mumbai’s multiplex.

Celina sparkled in her most favorite attire ~ the saree with beaded and stones blouse. This time it was a Neeta Lulla creation.

I like that peacock blouse. I wonder if it would look as good if made into a fully covered one with short sleeves.

So true.. she doesn't need to cake herself in it when she has such an attractive face.. doesn't need the bright contact lenses or the lip augmentation either.. one of the few Bollywood actresses who was naturally gorgeous imo. She'd be good in a Disney film as Princess Jasmine or something lol
