Celebs & Prescription Drugs

What’s with celebs and their dependence on prescription drugs, especially painkillers, antidepressants and sleep medication? Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Anna Nicole Smith, Whitney Houston and countless others have died from accidental overdose of prescription drugs. If it’s to do with long working hours then every other person involved in physically and mentally strenuous professions should be addicted too, even students!

So… what gives?

But they obviously enjoy being in the spotlight which is why they continue doing what they do, to stay famous and keep making money.

Re: Celebs & Prescription Drugs

It is true…it is as if most of the time they can’t handle the fame and pressure they get, and end up doing strange things…it could also be that we are more aware of these kinds of cases because they are celebrities, and we dnt know of the other’s coz they are just regular folks :bummer:
