i have seen latest pictures of Mishi Khan and am wondering how in the blue hell she managed to reduce so much of weight and become this thin…
if any of you have the inside news, i would love to hear it plz!!!

Lols. Yes when i saw her on a morning show recently i was shocked too 
. But just a day ago, i watched her dance on meerapati and seems like its not only her fat that has flushed out of her system but perhaps her brains too 
She looked like a moron dancing the way she did acting like a 12 year old 
. But yah whatever! her weightloss is remarkable :k:.

As for what she might have done, well we can assume all kinds of things but i had like to give her the benefit of doubt and say she probably worked her butt off :D. The thing is it’s not that she has only lost weight but she’s all toned up too so she must have alloted serious dedication and time to it :k:.
p.s but her neck is really stretched and i wonder why?! 2 much loss of fat or some kind of surgery? ahem.

People are not idiots(well most of em) and can spot a difference between healthy weight loss and eating disorder. Her face and body is showing visible signs of malnutrition and starvation.

She looks older now. Well, she is middle-aged but she looked younger when she was chubbier. I looked her up on youtube, some of the comments were like she takes drugs… reading bebo’s post above, I’m starting to think that might be true? (not trying to spread rumours here, I have no clue if this is true or what.)
Khair, in the interview I looked up on youtube, she won’t give any details about what she did to lose weight and the host was clearly annoyed 
But she said she’s working on a programme about weight loss so she doesn’t want to give away too many details just yet.
