On This Jubilant occasion of Independence Day, I heartily facilitate and wishes all my brothers and friends here in Gupshup forum.
On this 58th anniversary of our beloved country, I pray that God will grant us Peace, Unity, and Mercy. Please pray all that the souls of our makers & soldiers may rest in perfect peace. Let us also pray that God will give us the strength with great enthusiasm and renewed commitment to make Pakistan strong, progressive and prosperous.
O My Country, O beautiful for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain, high whitish mountains majestic, above the fruited plain, O Almighty Allah I thank you! For gifting this land, with hearth of courage and warmth of friends and family.
Freedom affords us the opportunity to choose. It is, therefore, imperative we concern ourselves with the individual and collective change needed in order to improve our standing among nations of the world.
A house divided cannot stand. But a people united can never be defeated. Unless we realize Unity and Freedom go hand in hand, our dreams and aspirations will remain elusive. We must learn to love and respect one another. Hatred and divisiveness only produce weakness and vulnerability.
