i make it like...........
give layer of plain vanilla cake at the bottom of dish pour some mango juice over it so that they become soft place small pieces of mangoes over it thn give layer of custard thn again layer of jelly and on top big chunks of mangoes......................its so delicious

I eat mangoes on their own.. sometimes I add it to ice-cream or milk shake but mostly just plain good ol mangoes :yummy:

The other day I made mango stir-fry…

chicken breast, green onion, carrot and mangos sliced in long thin slices (julienne style), added a bit of stir-fry seasoning mix and done…ate it with boiled white rice. It was yummy…esp since the mango was a little bit kaccha so not too sweet and the texture was good.. :yummy:

Thai restaurants carry mango sticky rice as a dessert and all I gotta say is :hayaa:

Mango Lassiiii

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped mango pulp

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, and serve. Can sprinkle with a little cardamom.

mango milk shake

slices of mango without skin blend it with milk ....if you want u can add sugar/vanilla icecream otherwise the two ingredients blended together would give a great taste :)

Haaye, no mangoes here can beat the taste of the ones we get in Pakistan.... mein taras gayee hon unn mangoes kay liyay :(

I think it might be possible to have mangoes sent from Pakland. I would love to hear if anyone has had mangoes sent form there.
