OK should one celebrate on islamic calender or currently popular calender date?
Every week of the day fast and celebration or every year?
Should fasting be done or eat a lot that day like so many of us do.
I think its just a way to celebrate something and nothing wrong with it if not out of control and some charity is given to needy.
I say just be happy.
People celebrate urs (Oors or whatever you may call it ) of religious people and eat Zarda and Biryani and have fun, Qawwali, and Dhamma Chowkri.
A religious peron (made up or real) having celebration of his birth or death right on his grave.
