a give person’s sound of voice, tone of voice, intonation, choice of words and the manner in which someone justifies her/his arguments, pleads with their hurt or resounds full of rightful anger and sadness or their voice quivers with deep pure emotion of honest accounts, unfinished something, all simply through voice of the speaking individual, can be a really powerful experience.

credibility of a person, is clearer when that person's voice is heard over and again and really understood, with all the non verbal gestures and intonation of voice.

1 - Possibly could have the reverse affect ... I hope to Allah (SWT) that I do not have the reverse effect.
2 - Understood again error exists in all forms of communication, it makes sense that with audio, literary and visual stimulus the error can or rather should be minimized, unless the intention is to deceive.

this is repetition of something that cannot be contested - the Will of Allah swt.
and yet, you chose to do what you did i.e., posted your reply.

You are right. The sound of a persons voice does communicate the underlying emotion that perhaps words do not express.
That is why sometimes you want to give good news or pleasant surprise personally so that you can hear the delight in the receipients voice. Or when you are sorry or regretful, you prefer to write a letter to avoid feeling the shame when you hear the hurt or anger in their voice.
