Your #1 and #2 are contradictory.

Arabs say "Or Else".

Israel doesn't say "or Else".

So who really wants peace, and who is just pretending.

Just a logical correlation here, and no emotional outbursts please.

P.S. Legality of real estate is defined by two aspects.

1. If you have papers for the piece of land. (preferred method)
2. You have control of the piece of land. (less preferred but still valid if no one else can show the papers).
