This IMO is a bit harsh word. Ulema(salaf) used to be very careful about labeling some one as kaafir.Although he/his policy are against muslims even then it is yet to be proven that he holds kuffriya aqaidh.

The salaf and the worthy of knowledge from the Khalaf, have given plenty of rulings on rulers like him. Abdullah ibn Abbas (rah), Imam Abu Hanifa, Ibn Taiymiyah, Ibn Kathir, and many others and from our times Ahmad Shakir and others..have all stated the position of the ruler who doesnt rule according to the Quran and Sunnah, and who helps the Kuffar against the Muslims.

And Madrassas are nothing more then Dens of hate, and I wouldnt shed a tear if they are knocked down…
As far as Qadianis are concerned, Musharaf isnt one, and even if he was, why would a Qadiani want to knock down a mosque…

What is the problem? The governement is rebuilding them, right? You can break down an old masjid to rebuild a new one - there is nothing unIslamic about that.

This is just a bunch of hoop-laa from anti-Musharraf mongers. They don't realize the work he's doing for the country and only shed tears that their fraud maulvi leaders aren't in his place.

Musharraf's wife is known to be Qadiani, but Musharraf is hardly a religious man.

These buildings are typical work of the fraud mullah's. They see some land, and build on it for personal use and profit,thinking a govt would not dare do anything about it.

God does not accept a 'masjid' when it is built and occupied with selfish and crooked intentions.

Of course they are right when they say the ruling Army is the most crooked land grabber in the country, but two wrong's don't make a right

LAL Masjid was treated as Main(markazi) jamia masjid of islambad.Located in an area surrounded by important buildings like naval headquarters, abpara,British council and very near to Blue area it is hard to imagine that an illegal masjid survived that long.

No, the burden falls upon those who have brought down the masjid to provide proof of what was wrong with them. From what is apparent is that the Masajid are the houses of Allah, and they have been there for more than 60 years, and Islamabad was nothing but an uninhabited forest back then.

The answer is NO, because a Muslim is not a kafir. However when a person does certain actions that negate his Two Testimonies, than he obviously is no longer a Muslim, and then it does become important to call a spade a spade.

Hajjaj was a muslim because he didnt tamper with the Huqooq Allah, which is chucking the Shariah in the bin and using some other Law, like how the rulers of today are doing.

His problem was with Huqooq al ibad, and you dont become a kafir with that.

It's the capital city, if somebody built a Mosque out of place then I'm sure relocating it wont hurt.

Masjid ke naam pe please don't encourage more suicide bombings..

as for the land being allocated wrongly it is the writ of the government and courts to decide how and when a piece of land is illegally occupied. your problem is you dont accept the government or the courts, so its pointless to offer a legal argument.

If a mosque is built illegal than government needs to go to court like any citizen does. once proven, the mosque should be demolished but if the area does not have more mosques than govt should built another one. If in this manner any illegal construction can be demolished than any one with a dozer can destroy what one claims to be illegal.

This practice seems to have some malafide intentions. After all we know what is our government.

see in waziristan , bombardment on madrsahs without any proof
distruction of mosques and madrassah everywhere

selling people to america in order to get money

killing people by just labelling them terriorist

making urianiat and fahashi everywhere

tell me what the ordinary people do

first check out , do musharaf listen to court or not

court said that it is not allowed to fly kites
see what Musharaf had done

bypass the verdict of supreme court of pakistan
and made a law that kite flying is allowed for 2-3 days

as they are afraid , because they are illegal themself

Quran says that when you are in state of "NASHA" or have drunk alcohol don't go to mosques
now our government is making alchohol legal and want to distroy mosques in order that then they should not go to mosques in state of NASHA

this is the real understanding of Quran by our Government

nobody would have bothered the longbeards if they had stuck to their business and not started training and inciting youngsters into suicide bombing and extremes. Religion and mosques have become nothing but a power grabbing and money making racket for these loonies. Yes therefore the places where such illegal activities occur will be torn down. Sharab will be made legal so that tleast there is some quality control and tax revenue - people drink anyway.

If any longbeards don't like it they can high tail it to their uncles beouin lands. If they want to stay here they better stick to the script, not make up their own
