I never said that mosques were spaceships and mullahs were aliens.

Or so you would think. but in reality many do..
who decided to build the mosque there? who goes out collecting chanda to expand the mosque? etc etc.

so whether its the resident imam, or some masjid committee or whoever the trustees are, depneding on whether it is set up as a sole proprietership, as a charity (thus a nonprofit organiation) someone owns that building, someone paid the coontractors, someone helped design it or appprovd designs. someone's name is on the electric, gas and water bills.....

Land belongs to whoever has title to that land. and if it is public land it belongs to the govt..and thus to the people. Now if your argument is that land belngs to god, or to teh goovt and thus to the people, and its people building on that land, then am afraid that is a bogus argument.

There is due process, a person or an organization, or a group of people can nto just go and say hey lets take over this land, even if they want to build a hospital on it.
