hareem01: You have commented on my posts but have you really read my posts that you made comments? I am sure that if you read them carefully, you would realise great sin (Gunah-e-Kabira) you are doing by calling illegally constructed structure on illegally occupied government lands as Mosque.
Who told you that mosque got demolished in Pakistan? No mosque got demolished in Pakistan. Only structure that was built on illegally occupied land, and some ignorant and sinner were calling it Mosque, are getting rightly demolished.
Land of such illegally constructed structure does not belong to Allah alone. Allah is owner of that land as Allah is owner of everything, including your and mine house, thats all. Hence construction on such land is zulum on the owner of that land. These places cannot be Mosque at any cost.
Owner of land of a mosque is Allah alone as people buy or legally obtain that land (given by government for the purpose to built Mosque) and make waqf of that land in the name of Allah before constructing anything on that land, then construct mosque on the land that is waqf in the name of Allah, thus that place becomes 'House of Allah' and government becomes caretaker on behalf of Allah (as government is guarantor and caretaker of all waqf property).
The structure that is getting demolished in Pakistan are those that ignorant thieves constructed on lands that did not belong to them nor owner (Government or whoever) gave that land to them. These lands are stolen lands. Hence those construction on stolen lands is construction of zulum and those that illegally occupied that land are zalims and thieves and 'house of Allah' cannot be built on such land obtained by zulum or theft.
To call such structure on stolen land 'house of Allah' is big sin as those that call them structure 'house of Allah' are actually calling Allah a Zalim, thief and partner of thieves, and thus these people are doing big sin (and that is what you are doing continously in your posts).
Note: Even if that land belongs to government and stolen for construction by these ignorant zalim thieves, government has to demolish that structure because they are illegal construction on theft lands, not mosque. Actually, apart of demolishing those structure, government should put the people behind the construction into prison and fine them too. (Why? Read my previous posts).
