Is it possible to change CD permissions so that you can edit a song and then burn it?
If so…how?

This is what I get when I try to import the audio file into Windows Movie Maker
The file C:\Users\Music\Disneyland Park[Single] It’s A Small World\01 It’s A Small World.wma is protected using digital rights management and cannot be imported.

One thing you can do is to record the cd in real time .. like playing the song and record it through audio cables connected to a voice recorder and then use that recording to do whatever you want to do

No need. I downloaded the song from the interweb and have changed it that way.
I didnt want to do it illigally, thats why I had brought the CD. But they made me.
