Hi Friends. I lost much hair within 3 months. What are the causes of hair loss? I can’t predict the cause of my hair loss.
Re: Causes of Hair Loss
It depends upon the type of hair loss you have, either generalised (thinning) or patchy hair loss.
Out of the two, generalised hair loss is more common. It is most commonly cause by Telogen, in which you develop hairless over a period of months which slowly grows back. It is reversible in most cases. Other causes include stress, iron deficiency anaemia, pregnancy, dieting, hormonal changes (androgenic), certain medicines, thyroid disorders, chemotherapy, some vitamins and micro elements deficiencies etc
Patchy hair loss is rare and can be caused by certain medical conditions like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, fungal infections, or there may be no cause at all.
Treatment depends upon the type of hair loss you have. Majority of women have a minor or non-specific cause like telogen and hair grows back eventually.
Re: Causes of Hair Loss
There could be many reasons behind the hair loss such as dryness of hair, thickness of hair and one of the major reason is genetic reason and for that, you need to do few things which will definitely stop your hair loss as you should consult your hair specialist who will suggest you the right treatment for prevent further hair loss.
