**Lucknow’s Catholic schools down shutters to protest **
All convent schools in Lucknow downed their shutters on Monday to protest against Sunday’s attack on the city’s reputed Loreto Convent School. Father Paul Rodrigues, the Secretary of the Catholic Educational Institutions Association (CEIA) said that the city’s 20 Catholic schools would remain shut as a mark of solidarity to protest the vandalism resorted to by Shiv Sena and BJP youth wing activists. Shiv Sena and ABVP activists had earlier accused the school of carrying out forcible conversions and ransacked the premises on Sunday smashing flower pots, window panes and glass doors besides pelting stones on school faculty. The Uttar Pradesh Government has ordered a probe into the special occult session held on September 6, which was attended by around 250 girls, many of whom fainted at the end of the show out of fright. Some parents have lodged a complaint about the event. Along with the girls, about 12 staff members and the school principal witnessed the siance conducted by Nobo Kumar Mandal, a rickshaw-puller patronised by Father Sebastian Kuzhipala, a Catholic priest based in Murshidabad. Mandal acted as the medium for Christ, to bless and heal the children. Mandal fainted at the end of the session after grunting, growling and trying to induce Christ to enter his body. The girls were frightened at the sight and about a dozen of them too fainted. The Mother Superior of Loreto Convent, Sister Teresa, said that the holding of such sessions is quite common. The Principal, Sister Monica, said that the holy experience had frightened the girls. The children were exposed to the Chandra cult, which is promoted actively in Krishnagar, West Bengal. (ANI)

because of this BJP was protesting but that protest was later turned into a cheap activity.

1.There was no attack on any minority and no one was hurt. The school in question has more Hindu girls than any other religion.
2. This is not a madrassa. It has no business carrying on anything other than education related activity in the school premises.
Why dont you understand an issue before you post on it ?

The schools should be teaching and not doing occult sessions. Showing magic to yound students to show the power of Christianily is being used for conversion in schools.

why a school is conducting activities like medium and talking to christ etc? if it is openly declared a religion school and for teaching religion then ok but otherwise no
I think it is ok for anybody to protest when this kind of mistake is made. some wise man said ' do not shoot messenger'.

in hindus school they teach terrorism activities specially RSS ,janta dAL parties they are working unitely to increase terrorism and killing innocent people in india specially muslim people.in 2001 october janta dal and RSS both killed so many muslim and burned muslim shops .JUST bcz muslim community condemned USA on attack afghanistan .

When was the last time the Shiva Sena and BJP attacked places where occult Hinduism is being practised? These Hindu thugs who attacked the school were more scared of the Christians converting the Hindu students, which just goes to show how insecure they are.
