you can't have good and cheap. if you want good, you'll pay for it. if you want cheap, you'll also pay for it, but in a different way (poor service, bad decor, etc).
also, cheap is relative. what is pricey to you might be cheap to another, so be upfront about your budget so you can get the help you need.
