A man in Europe has turned his dead cat “Oliver” into a remoted controlled helicopter, the London Daily Mail reports.
A car ran over Orville and his owner, Dutch artist Bart Jansen, decided to come up with a unique way to keep the animal’s spirt soaring. Rather than prop him up on a wall, he came up with something different–something very different.
Inspired by Orville’s namesake (Orville Wright, one of the co-inventors of the airplane) he first stuffed the deceased feline, then had a friend figure out how to turn him into a flying machine.
The contraption, known as the “Orvillecopter,” is on display at a museum in Amsterdam.
