As for the original post, the guy is comparing a coastal area of the US to an upper plains city of Punjab. He probably spent a good day googling for water logged US cities. Hes just justifying his salary.

I strongly believe that desert_bird is not a man but an account by PMLN media team. The extend to which he goes to defend corrupt Family Pvt Ltd, is unbelievable. Its like defending Fazal ur Rehman with all of his track record.

This is not 80s/90s where lavish cover projects can fool people. People have awaken and they now are demanding their rights and justice (which these Family Pvt Ltd have denied). Their priorities are wrong, their intentions are wrong. I am glad that one person has exposed the entire ruling elites and now their children’s political future is jeopardized.

I personally dont find any reason to criticize at times of natural calamities, as their ferocity is not in our control. But what bothers me is the shameless drama queen behavior of Shahbaz Sharif, where he forces TV cameramen to follow him into a pool of water, just to stand there and pose for a lame snap....or when he stages fake visits to fake relief camps. Enough of this charade.

You want to do something donate. Flood victims could do with a 5 dollar donation right now. That is 500 rupees. That can buy a meal.
