^ That’s silly. Even the British and American armies would help out during a natural disaster…I don’t see them complaining. And why should they! They always get to have a huge amount of budget as well as other benefits.

In natural disaster probably they do but what about elections, polio drops, peace in the cities/provinces, jail protection etc.
