oh this made me miss my previous consultancy job, where i hardly have to wear a suit, and some people use to come to office in shorts. Since i joined the tech world of banking, Now I dont get a chance to wear jeans any day of the week, for now casual means, not wearing tie :(
Personally I think, dress has very little towards your work ethics or actual work specially in IT. sometime it does help to alleviate your mood.
