Yea I agree , a little bit of formal dressing is good . You feel more active and efficient . Though I hardly wear suits or even dress pants , but I make sure my shorts/jeans and t-shirt is all ironed up 
(Ok I am lying , I don’t even iron them 
)
I think all IT people will agree with me that best programming is done either in shorts or dhooti .
