Salaam… I was wondering if anyone here knows any information regarding the practices of the Jatt caste/tribe in Pakistan (specifically the Gondals)… any information is appreciated

like what do they believe in? i heard they're veryyyyy strict, more so than Pathans and they usually marry multiple times and even while being married, they have affairs and their wife and wife's family knows but do not really mind as long as they keep the wife happy.... this came from the mouth of a Jatt who i know very well but i was a little hesitant to believe that... and is it true they kill you if they marry outside the caste and/or family?

Thats a load of crap.
Jatts are sizeable part of punjab's population and customs and family matters are no different than rest of north Punjab. Overwhelming majority marry only once. They are strict but not like pathans, prefer to marry within the cast but one can find may instances of marriage outside the cast as well. Affairs outside marriage are frowed upn but depend upon what religious background a family has, which ofcourse differs among various families.

Ok cool... because i got a little worried lol... he said hum jattoon pay koi dagh nai lagta... hum logoon ki auratoon ko ghar bulla laytain hai, mazza kartay hain aur wo bichari kuch paisay kamma layti hai... i was like WHAT???

^^^^ its not caste related affair of men. rather more related to certain mentality in men regardless of any caste.
any caste has no specific beleives in Pakistan. Its only depends from one family to other family what kind of setup they have made themselves.
whoever said to you is in to pros. so its not related to caste at all.

ok thanks... is there ANY jatt people on here who can maybe provide me with some firsthand experience of living in a jatt family? i am pathani and i know what my culture is like... STRICT... but im interested in how teh jatts live :)
