Is there any set fee that check cashing places can charge? The place by my school charges 1.4 percent, which is no biggie for me, coz it’s only a dollar off my check (yes its pathetically low :D).. but is there a standard?

Just because you live in a predominantly black neighborhood doesnt mean that you have to act black too.
