i’ll say that due to 18th amendment power and other commodities will be given to those provinces which produce them, so that aspect is correct. Punjab has surrendered its share, on the other side Punjab wants to produce its own electricity to reduce the loadhsedding in the province and that needs soverign guarantees from the federal govt and they are sitting on it for the past three years. So Punjab cannot produce power, and their share has been reduced.
