Get a juicer and fresh carrots. Wash the carrots run through them through the juicer..you have a carrot juice.

I recommend carrot-orange juice. Take 2 (medium to large) oranges and peel the skin....then run them through the juicer. Take about 4 carrots and run them through the juicer. You'll get this frothy, refreshing juice with a lovely reddish-orange color. Throw in some ice cubes and enjoy. You can even add an apple to the mix. It's delicious.

Adding the orange or some lemon helps remove the otherwise bitterish taste of the froth.
