kindin…its good but i am not into food bizness…to me everything is heavy except for ice cream (mar mar to khana khati hoon main )
carrot cake is really yummy.
a tip.
if you have carrot helva made in your home, and is chilled.
when your cake batter is done, add 4 tbsps of it to that.
just minus the extra sugar in the cake, since carrot cake already has some in there in itself.
and when you bake it, the carrot helva in the cake turns into this nice extra done soft crummy component.
really yummy then.
i use to make carrot cake brownies and wanted to make them… but then lost heart for that, maybe insh-Allah i will make it someday again. :>
