many Indo-Pak stores carry'em in Dallas area, where do you live?

The real game-size carrom board is very large and heavy. Most people bring it from Pakistan, and pay extra charges since its an odd sized package. Most desi stores carry the cheaper and lighter variety, which is ok if you are a not-so-serious player. Otherwise you will be disappointed.

Catty a couple of my cousins still have it in their homes that they have brought from Pak or bought here. It is fun when you have a whole lot of people getting together.

^ yeah I remember it being fun as kids. but we never played properly - we’d just have fun sprinkling powder all over it and shooting those things around randomly
