do real interviews man, not cookie cutter ones, people have different passions, accomplishments, perspectives, try and highlight those, maybe someone has a keen interest in literature, spend some time on that or maybe someone may be one way on GS but has a hobby or interest that is unique, or we find out that some mild mannered nice guy actually a militaryu hardass that is not a secret but not many ppl know about it.

One should walk away from reading the interviews feeling like they really got to know the interviewee better.

Requests: There are some suggestions which were passed to me by my seretary and they are also under conisderation.. The basic idea will work under the guidelines roughly put by my Pir-O-Murshid Fraudz

I request all of you yo please respect my chamchi… She will be going to help me in conduting the interviews… These will be designed totally creatively hopefully and that is the idea.. we will try…

I also requests all of you to please start putting down questions that you need to know from the guppies… Remember! we are not really interested in date of birth, place of birth, interests, favourite this, favourite that blah blah blah… we have other thread to dwell about those already and it will be redundant to do the same
