do real interviews man, not cookie cutter ones, people have different passions, accomplishments, perspectives, try and highlight those, maybe someone has a keen interest in literature, spend some time on that or maybe someone may be one way on GS but has a hobby or interest that is unique, or we find out that some mild mannered nice guy actually a militaryu hardass that is not a secret but not many ppl know about it.

One should walk away from reading the interviews feeling like they really got to know the interviewee better.
