My employer asked me to relocate to the Project location while recruiting saying that project will last for 2 yrs and i relocated with my own expenses, Now just after a month the project lost to different company

I denied many other offers because the pay is good for this project

Don’t know what to do now, can i ask them to reimburse relocation expenses if they ask me to leave,

It won't hurt to ask for reimbursement if they let you go. I would also suggest you write off the moving expenses when you do your taxes.
