I am a lecturer at the department of Electrical Engineering, Abbottabad campus, currently on Ph.D study leave in UK. Let me try to give you an idea about what to expect.
It depends on which campus you are applying at. Also your experience etc will count. I can't comment on what package is offered to lecturers in Management Sciences department, but a fresh lecturer with a masters from abroad, gets around 51-52k in the department of Electrical Engineering, Abbottabad. The salaries in Islamabad campus are slightly higher than in Abbottbad. But the salaries in Managmenet Sciences department are slightly lower than in Engineering departments.
Apart from the salary, you will be entitled to health insurance of upto 40k a year, plus a CP fund. Thats pretty much it.
