how do u choose or judge that ur gyne is gud?

will go to a one near my house, first trimester is going to an end. but i am feelng like vomit condition sometime, body pain, and feel heavy if i eat almond,
still my taste isnt gud, nothg like to eat, hv to eat just fill the belly, lol

its pretty normal, you just have to get in what ever your body takes.
