Firstly, congratulations! Having a baby is just about the most amazing experience you will ever have.
Take folic acid regularly
Eat plenty of fruit and veg (5 portions a day) if your like me and don't like fruit much then make a smoothie and drink.
Drink at least 1 litre water a day
Having intercourse is perfectly fine and doesn't harm your baby
Not sure what u mean about puzzle book or word game.
Stay active - I have seen some women just stop doing everything because they are pregnant and say they can't do house work or anything. Unless doc has advised bed rest then staying active is good (and I don't mean u hit the gym 24/7 or run a marathon)
No heavy lifting.
That's all I can remember so far - if I've said anything wrong please do correct me (other guppies)
And just enjoy the love and attention from your husband and family
change ur vitamin after consulting with doctor, mreover keep on working means household work,it will keep ur body active and blood in more circulation,a secret for having normal delivery.;)
congratulations zaiena!!!!
like everyone said eat healthy....drink lots of water.....keep urself active....pray alot(for safe delivery n healthy baby)....recite surah maryam and surah rahman....read each n everything about pregnancy labor and delivery.....go for a walk for 20mins....keep urself happy(i used to watch comedy movies alot lol).....take rest n sleep....enjoy your pregnancy!! goodluck!:)
Take your prenatals. Do some mild exercise, like walking or swimming to stay fit and healthy. Eat healthy, lots of veggies and fruits. It's easy to give in to cravings but try not to. If you're craving chicken, make a chicken salad or grill some chicken breast instead of going for chicken parm.
Talk to baby. You might think thats ridiculous but baby actually listens to you when you talk and will recognize your voice.
Take care of your self! Don't stress, don't try to finish everything in time. You might think it's essential to finish that nursery or buy a whole closet full of baby clothes before baby arrives. But you will have so much time to do all that once your lil one is here.
Take some time out for YOURSELF! If this is your first, you have no idea how much your life will change. So take some time out for yourself, read a book, get a facial, watch all the movies you want. Cause god knows you wont be getting to have "me time" for months and months after baby's born.

I have the same problem as you. Im in my first tri and I feel so nauseous all the time and feel like not eating anything(except for maggie noodles:P)!! My doctor told me to drink protein shakes, Ensure, to get all the nutrients that baby needs. I don't know if you can get ensure in Lahore ...
If you're confused about what ob/gyn to go with you should try a couple of different ones out. They're usually all equally qualified it's just a matter of who you feel the most comfortable with. If you're at the end of your first trimester and still have not gone to an OB you need to do that ASAP!! You need to have your ultra sound and tests done. In USA you have your first appointment when you r around 8 weeks pregnant and then go every month. I don't know how it works in Pak but I would think you need to go to your doctor to have blood tests etc done.
ensure is available here. i had taken it before marriage at night.
nw start to take it again.
and yh sooner i am going to visit to a gyne.thanx for tip.
^or ask your mom i mean who was her ob/gyn.....or other relatives or friends....they must have gone through this stage(of finding a good doctor) n they'll tell you which one is better....
something my mother told me is to not pick up heavy stuff. you can give yourself a serious back injury if you over exert yourself that way. otherwise, just keep your normal routine, don't get too lazy or your legs will turn in to jelly :P , and listen to your doctor. take your vitamins, and drink a lot of water.
