Ok well ive just started going to the gym after a year wooo needed a good push, im trying to do more cardio excercises for my legs as its my second week the most i can do is 35 mins of cardio trying to do more but my asthma is playin up and i i have to stop pushing my self on like say the treadmill
Do you think what i am doing now is enough or what do u think i should do more of like at the mo im using the cross trainer , bike and treadmill

I think one should listen to their own bodies. You just started talk your doctor about the asthma part. 35 mins is pretty good for now. You mentioned that you want to do cardio for legs but most of the fitness gurus say that one can not do spot reduction. What works for many people is combination of cardio(burn fat) and strength training( will tone as well burn fat too). Oh, if can run, that is really great to lose weight fast and it tones your leg muscles too.
