I recently had a baby and along with taking care of a newborn and two little children working out has been challenging, It’s been 9 weeks and as to my physician’s clearence now I can get going on a cardio rotuine to start off with. I have been going on walks 2-3 times a week, but I feel this alone isn’t just enough.
I want to focus on running and/or elliptical tranining. What are some other excercise that can be beneficial? Are these enough? because making time is nearly impossible but gotta do it somehow, fingers crossed 
Any new mothers out there that can share any tips or suggestions?

i tried her bootcamp for new moms and now im doing her pretty fierce weight loss.... its GRET!!!!
I believe Wendydarling is doing her bootcamp for beginners too.. for new mommies.

Khawa, couple of years back a fellow guppan friend 'femme' had mentioned to me about 'Leslie sansone'....she is all about walking!! like walking in your house/office anywhere.....it gets kinda boring and I so wish I had a walking buddy :/ I used to do it while watching tv and BUT it did help me....I am thinking I should start with her for now then move on to something more intense....you try it too and let me know!!
