anyone ever bought something from CARAT* - Jewellery’s Biggest Secret Has Finally Arrived ???..i have ordered a ring from them last night…its expensive too…now i mailed them and asked abt clarity of diamond they told me they are not natural diamond they are chemically made stones …i m sad now i have done blunder without knowing that how 3.5carat diamond can b too cheap…now i want to know if someone ever bought from them and diamonds we buy in Pakistan are natural or not?

With all due respect, you clearly didn’t do any research about diamonds before purchasing this ring. I just looked through their solitaire sings and just by looking at the prices ($259 for a 2 carat round solitaire?!!) it’s obvious to me that these are not natural diamonds.
Even if you didn’t have previous knowledge…it actually says on their website that their stones are fake. “While we agree that nothing sparkles quite like a natural gemstone, we are also certain that you will not find a better alternative than CARAT. Many jewellers have admitted that they have difficulty telling our gems apart from naturals because of their very similar optical characteristics*”

If you don’t want to keep the ring, their refund policy is also stated on their site. Return this ring and please take the time to learn about diamonds. If you want to get an idea on what a GIA certified (ie. good quality) 3.5 carat ring with good stats would really cost…go to Bluenile.com and look at their prices.

It's hard to tell which of their diamonds are simulated (another material) or if any are synthetic. Synthetic (Lab grown) diamonds are still diamonds (i.e. Carbon) and for the most part, they are superior to most natural diamonds because of the lack of defects etc... I wouldn't be sad about having one of these.
I've bought stuff from Carat before but from the actual store rather than online. Considering their jewellery as compared to any other in a similar price range and it is very nice. It's well made and the stones have an amazing look and sparkle.
If you are after an eye catching ring rather than an actual diamond, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I am pretty sure if you explain the situation to them, they will understand and grant your refund. Esp. since the item hasn't been sent out to you yet.
